Girls day out...
At prata stall, Arab street, with Michelle
This prata shop is the first I've come across that does not sell prata kosong(as in plain prata), nor do they have plaster prata. The least they had was egg prata, which was what we ordered. Weird. What's the difference between egg prata and plain prata, except not cracking the egg in. Go figure. But the prata with fish and mutton curry meal was really satisfying and yummy. The place do up, if it's even considered a do up, is just like the normal small coffeeshops around, except the upper level was air-conditioned. Just the thing we needed to save us from the scorching heat outside. The overall experience: we felt like we were backpacking in another country.
Got our hats and belts at a really good deal. The hat Michelle got is super nice, and suits her perfectly. It's like, the perfect hat. 'Satisfied' written all over our faces. We ended up walking with our hats on back to bugis. We could have just passed off as tourists. Haha..
